Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

My name is Jeff Wilfong and I have been a psychotherapist since 2006. I am licensed in California as both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (46654) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (159), in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (C3836), and in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH60496399). I provide counseling and coaching services to adults, couples and teens via in-office sessions and tele-health (video, phone, email) treatment options.

From nearly 15 years of experience, I know therapy works for lessening suffering and creating positive change. It is one of the best investments you can make in your life. Whether you're an individual or a couple, I can help you with a range of concerns. Are you looking for a therapist who understands? Clients often say that they appreciate my ability to learn about their innermost world. Are you looking for tips, tools and homework? I enjoy focusing on behavior strategies so that you can feel like you are making weekly changes. I strive to create a compassionate, safe, and trusting environment, while being direct and honest.

I've gained experience from private practice, community mental health, inpatient facility, government and consulting. I can help you with varied complaints, including: Depression, Anxiety, Relationship or Marital issues, Borderline, Dating, life or career coaching, Bipolar, Addiction, Self-esteem, Narcissism, Addiction / Substance Use, Sexual issues, and more.

I am non-judgmental, open-minded and build my clients up. I pride myself on quick (less than 24 hour) communication and I am text friendly. Free phone consultations offered. Availability week days, evenings, and weekends. Let's get started today as I can always fit someone into my schedule.
